Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking

Bookings can be made through online travel platforms (such as Tripadvisor) or by contacting us directly via this website. Direct bookings must be confirmed via secure payment link.

2. Payment

Payment is required in advance to confirm a reservation. Payment for direct bookings via this website are maybe via a secure payment link.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

4. Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the tasting has started.

5. Age requirement

Participants must be 20 years or older in accordance with Japanese law.

6. Group size

Standard sessions accommodate a maximum of 4 participants. Larger groups may be possible on request.
